🧠 The DM Setting Mindset
1. Always be in a good energetic state physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually before prospecting
2. Never let your emotions get the best of you (they’re probably just busy or in their own shit)
1. Mehhh they´re just busy
3. Visualize and feel what it’s going to be like to book X amount of calls today
1. Visualize who you´re going to reach out to and feel how that conversation is going to go
4. Be genuinely curious about the prospect and be compassionate with their current situation
1. But do not get sucked into it.
5. Hold the frame of leading with love, truth, and conviction and do what’s best for them
6. And remember…they have an opportunity to dramatically change their lives, but you have to change your life first

❌ The 12 Don´ts of DM Setting
1. **Don’t** invite them to a sales call if they are in an indifferent / uninterested state. Become more curious and provide them with more value, PEAK CURIOSITY, & INSTALL MORE BELIEFS.
2. **Don’t** message them when you’re in a bad mood.
3. **Don’t** be reactive EVER. Stay cool.
4. **Don’t** guilt trip then they don’t message back or ghost.
5. **Don’t** tell them that we need them or act desperate.
6. **Don’t** get sucked into their frame of scarcity and fear.
7. **Don’t** hope for anything like “I hope that goes well!” or “I hope that’s okay” or “I hope you had a good time.”
8. **Don’t** ask boring questions like “What’s up?” “How are you?” “What are you doing?”
9. **Don’t** over ask questions. Replace questions with statements if you feel like you’re over doing it.
1. I assume you are…
10. **Don’t** fake agree or seek their approval.
11. **Don’t** discuss offer terms over messages.
12. **Don’t** talk like a middle schooler “m8” “gr8” “l8ter,” LMAO, LOL
✅ The 9 Do’s of DM Setting
1. **Do** Invite them to a sales call / offer when he’s in a Hot Prospect.
2. **Do** Boost their mood. Smile when you prospect to naturally inject positivity into your messages.
3. **Do** screen your messages. Read them out before sending.
4. **Do** send it and forget it. Don’t overthink things. Get on with your day.
1. IF YOU´RE IN A POCKET, STAY IN THE POCKET
5. **Do** keep your messages concise.
6. **Do** stay positive and non-reactive when they’re in an indifferent state or uninterested state.
7. **Do** mirror their rhythm and style. Use emojis if they use emojis. Don’t if they don’t.
8. **Do** Speak their language. Traveler = Places you’ve been. Workaholic = coffee. Athlete = hitting the gym.
9. **Do** only use one question mark per message block. Lots of “?”s implies neediness.
