SMTP Infrastructure Question

My email provider is Titan Mail and I started using Smartlead.ai about a month ago. Even though the bounce rate wasn't very high with the campaigns, many of the email domains I used were suspended. I was told that "Smartlead.ai does not use its own SMTP infrastructure — it relies on external email services (like Titan, Gmail, Outlook, etc.) configured via SMTP/IMAP. " Titan support recommended using tools like Mailchimp, SendGrid and Brevo, but I like the ability to use multiple email addresses and have the tool rotate them.

Any ideas for other tools like Smartlead.ai that have their own "SMTP infrastructure"?
