I’m Struggling with Cold Email – Can Anyone Share a Full Working Copy (with Personalization)?

Hey everyone – I need to be real for a sec.

I’ve been trying to crack cold email for a while now, and honestly... it’s been rough. My previous emails didn’t land, and my domains are pretty much burnt because the copy just wasn’t hitting. I’ve been reading tons of advice, watching mini-courses, trying frameworks – but when it comes time to write, I blank. Or worse, I overthink and end up writing something generic.

I saw a post here recently mentioning using AI for personalization, and it got me thinking — maybe I’ve been overcomplicating this.

If anyone here has a working cold email example — ideally something that includes the personalization part, flows naturally, and actually got replies — I’d be beyond grateful if you could share it. Just having something solid to study or reverse-engineer would help a lot.
