- Start with a simple "Offer One-Sheeter" document rather than complex funnels (Andrew got to strategy)
- Identify ideal client characteristics: Who you love working with.... Who you can get results for... Who can pay you...
- Price points: Initial beta offers: $3k-10k range... (Start higher ticket vs low-ticket) for easier scaling -(Example: $10k offer needs 100 sales for $1M vs 10,000 sales at $100 per offer) - This breakdown definitely helps me understand that 7 figures isn't that far away
3) ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐น๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
- Niche specificity - More targeted = easier to sell
- Embedded case studies in marketing: Show it's possible for others... Show it's possible for the prospect... Demonstrate why they need it now...
- Traffic conversion strategy: Convert "traffic you don't own" to "traffic you do own" through Speaking engagements; YouTube content; Organic social media; Strategic partnerships
ALOT of you probably know most of these concepts, but for myself, I drank from a firehose this morning and sharing my thoughts with you all helps me learn too.
