How Long Does It Usually Take To Get A New Client

I started cold emailing around Jan 1st and have gotten some positive responses.

No new clients yet, so was wondering if there happens to be a like known time window when things start to rly pop off?

I have heard people say it takes 6 weeks to see results from your promotion, idk if that is true or not.
