Hello guys 👋
I want to know if you can help regarding this. We are running Google Ads search campaigns in the construction industry, we manage to generate some good leads, mainly through calls but also some of them via form submission.
The problem is that we receive many calls from jobseekers and other companies proposing their services.
That means, we pay a lot more clicks for nothing.
What are your tactics to minimize this and improve conversion rate?
I appreciate your advice.
This how we manage our campaigns:
- Calls extension + Google Forwarding number on the landing page
- Survey form with multiple questions
- We add every day negative keywords, including other companies name when they appear on search terms
- We have excluded audiences who are looking for jobs, but also added negative keywords related to jobs
PS: if you need any help regarding LinkedIn outreach, we can help you on this, since it's the main acquisition channel for our agency, just ask me anything and I will respond.
