First-Line generation for cold emailing (Ad services)?

Hi.

I am trying to find a way to automatise first-line generation for an email list so that I don't have to do it manually.

The input I have is generally

The recipient's full name and title (generally CEOs, directors, etc)
A link to the company's Website
A link to their personal linkedin profile

The purpose is purely to offer advertisement services (facebook ads, etc..) and fortunately, the first line can be very simple and unrelated.

How would you approach this and find a way to generate a first line?

The only (recommended) requirement is to create a sense of rapport and feel human (natural).

But I'm open to any suggestions and really wondering what an first line should look like, and of course how to automate first line generation by any means.

Being very new to Lead Gen, I would appreciate any suggestions (ideas, links..) to make me progress towards my goal to automate this. Thanks for any help..
