Email Deliverability Nightmare? I Found the Fix
Ever sent an important email campaign only to discover it landed in spam? Happened to me recently with our GoHighLevel emails - particularly with Microsoft clients.
After some digging (and a bit of hair pulling), I uncovered the culprit: shared IPs.
Here's the solution that worked for us:
  1. Invest in a dedicated IP ($85/month but worth every penny)
  2. Keep that IP "warm" using a service like Warmy
  3. Focus your warm-up efforts on troublesome mailboxes (Microsoft/Outlook)
  4. Update your SPF records properly
  5. Set up weekly auto-tests to monitor deliverability
The difference has been night and day. Our open rates jumped significantly, and we're actually reaching the people we need to reach.
