You’ll use 5 Facebook accounts to send 250 cold DMs per day, targeting people in the real estate industry. With a 10% reply rate, that’s about 25 responses, leading to 3-5 appointments set daily.
For every appointment that converts into a closed deal, you’ll earn a $500 commission. Setting 5 appointments a day makes earning $5K per month easily achievable.
