Hey everyone, quick intro.
My wife and I have been running a land business together for just over two and a half years. We're based in the US but lived in Costa Rica for the past five months and are heading to Panama in August for four more. The business runs fully remote with a team of 10.
We just crossed $500K in gross profit for the year and closed our largest deal to date last Friday, 403 acres. Good momentum heading into the latter half of the year.
Always looking to connect with other operators. Happy to talk about what's working and what isn't.
