Hi Everyone glad to be here. I flip/brrr a dozen rentals a month and have a private equity company buying value add apartments and BTRs in Memphis. I also own a title company that focuses on investors, double closings etc. Looking forward to adding land to the portfolio and connecting with people that want to take Massive Action!

Hey everyone... excited to be here. I'm a 25-year-old CFO based in Dallas, TX. I currently serve as the head of finance at a private baseball tech company, and I have prior experience managing commercial real estate PE funds. I came across land investing through watching Clay and honestly haven't been able to stop thinking about it since. The business model clicked immediately and I'm ready to go all in. I'd love to connect with driven land investors, learn how you've structured your operations, and explore where I might be able to add value or partner up.

Hey all, my name is Levi, I am starting to take this more seriously. I have called buyers, gotten their buy boxes and reached out to a few properties in the market I chose, I quickly realized to make real numbers this needs to be taken and formed as a business, not just a side gig. It seems there are a lot of people like myself out there so hoping there is still room for one more. I have formed an LLC, and I am currently waiting on A2P approval. I am going to approach this from the SMS blast to call to close form of marketing. Hoping to learn tips and tricks, and contribute what I can. Thanks for the add.
