Background: My story started a couple of years ago, while working for a SFR developer, a desire to develop by myself grew and bought a lot from him. Learned to search in the county and saw how he made 3x my salary with that lot. That just clicked, there is opportunity in land wooowww.. I continued in construction developing single family homes and renovating hoteles while doing some tax deed flips, land flips, wholesale and small splits. Everything within the residencial market.
Current Stage: I have been doing lands for 1 year as a full time. I am doing average a deal monthly.
90-Day Goal: I want an income of 60-80k
Biggest Challenge Right Now: My biggest challenge is the consistency to get deals. I have had some great months and others are just dead lol
What Iβm Looking For: Guidance to move towards acreage deals, learn out of FL game, and founding for those deals
