Hey everyone, I am excited to be apart of this community. My background is in land acquisitions. This includes flipping, wholesaling, subdividing, doing direct marketing campaigns on behalf of builders, and hopefully land/home packages one day :)

Location: What market(s) are you working in or targeting?

I target land in the following markets: Mecklenburg, Union, Gaston, Cleveland, Lincoln, Catawba, Iredell, Rowan, Cabarrus, Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Guilford, Rockingham, Chatham, Alamance, Orange, Durham

I am open to new areas but largely only enter new markets when running a direct campaign for a builder/developer.
