I've just done the latest Kriya for lower back...
i love how in sync we are!
I literally finished mt physio stretches for my tight lower back, hips and hamstrings and was then moving onto your kriya.
Thought in my mind, i wonder if kaye has one for lower back tightness, lo and behold there it is!
Im going to try do that everyday now, could really feel the tightness in my body!!
