Before you reach for your phone in the morning... Before the emails. Before the to-do list. Before everyone else needs something from you... Give yourself 30 minutes at 7:30am UK time. Notice how the rest of your day feels. We'll be focusing on: โœจ Creating more space through the body โœจ Awakening the core and lower spine โœจ Encouraging healthy digestion and the body's natural cleansing processes โœจ Building energy, vitality and resilience โœจ Starting the week feeling lighter, stronger and more connected As always, this is your practice, if something feels too much, pause, rest or simply visualise the movement. A huge thank you to everyone who showed up and practiced with me this morning. โ˜€๏ธ There was something really special about working with Surya Kriya, bringing in that beautiful sun energy of vitality, confidence, clarity and joy. As a little gift to everyone in this community, here's a longer recording so you can come back to it whenever you need a boost. Surya means "sun", and this kriya helps activate the solar energy within us. It's a wonderful practice for those moments when you're feeling flat, stuck, low on energy or simply disconnected from yourself. It's uplifting, energising and grounding all at the same time, helping you reconnect with your inner fire, strengthen your confidence and move through your day with a little more sparkle. Pop it on whenever you need a reset, a shift in energy, or a reminder of the light that's already within you. Short. Simple. Bloody good. โ˜€๏ธโœจ As we step forward into the next 6 months - take time for a little reflection: 1. What am I ready to release that no longer serves me? 2. Where in my life am I being called to shine more brightly? 3. How can I honour my energy, rather than constantly giving it away? 4. What does stepping into my fullest expression look and feel like? 5. What would love have me know right now? Ooooh I love that last question - when I journaled on this, it's all about nurturing myself, putting my energy into my business, this community here and in person. To stop looking for proof that I'm enough and really notice where life is already asking me to step forward. I'm letting it all in and to be seen fully so I can support others through this magical practice. Looking forward to reading your shares below. Kaye x

I've just done the latest Kriya for lower back...
@Kaye Sutcliffe i love how in sync we are! I literally finished mt physio stretches for my tight lower back, hips and hamstrings and was then moving onto your kriya. Thought in my mind, i wonder if kaye has one for lower back tightness, lo and behold there it is! Im going to try do that everyday now, could really feel the tightness in my body!!

The Messy Middle of Reinvention
The results of the poll I ran last week didn't surprise me at all... Most of us are in the messy middle. Definitely not where we started, and not quite where we're going (even though that feels unknown sometimes too). It's the space between the old version of you and the woman you're stepping into. And if I'm honest, I've spent a lot of my life trying to rush through this part. Constantly looking for certainty, answers and signs that it's all gonna work out. Whilst also trying to seek validation from external sources - it was all exhausting and draining lots of energy. What I've realised is that every meaningful change in my life has happened in the messy middle. Leaving a 20 year career. Starting a yoga & wellness business. Ending relationships. Learning to DJ at 48. Hosting retreats. Putting myself out there... None of it began with certainty. It began with a feeling that I couldn't stay where I was and followed the pure joy in my heart to explore my passions and accept my multi-faceted gift! Maybe reinvention isn't about having a plan. Maybe it's about trusting yourself enough to take the next step before you can see the whole path. The funny thing is, every major reinvention in my life has happened because of my Kundalini practice. Not because it magically fixed everything, but because it kept bringing me back to myself when life felt uncertain. That's exactly why we meet every Monday morning. A chance to reset, reconnect and take the next step forward, whatever season you're in and you're not doing it alone. Looking back, what's the one thing you've done in the last year that the old version of you would've never believed you'd follow through with? ๐Ÿ’›

Tomorrow's 7:30am Kundalini Klub session is for anyone who feels like they've been carrying too much, it's a great kriya to bring you back into balance when things feel overwhelming. If you're moving through a season of change - that in between phase can feel exciting one day and quite a lot the next. Kundalini really helps with creating space within the mind and body. Tomorrow's practice is designed to help you: โœจ Strengthen your nervous system โœจ Increase your energy and vitality โœจ Create more space in your breath and body โœจ Feel calmer and more grounded โœจ Build resilience for times of change โœจ Reconnect with yourself beneath the noise and expectations For years, I became an expert at choosing everyone else. My own reinvention began when I started choosing myself. Not in huge dramatic ways. In small daily moments, in my practice. Showing up for myself.
