Start Here - Welcome to the Kundalini Klub
You made it. I'm so glad you're here. Before you do anything else, watch the welcome video on the About page. It'll tell you exactly who this space is for and why I built it. Why I created the Kundalini Klub I spent 20 years in corporate, running on empty, holding everything together on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside, not knowing what direction to take. Kundalini yoga is what brought me back to myself, absolutely flipped my life on its head and I wanted one place where these practices could live, where you can return to them whenever life gets too loud and a safe space to know that you're not alone navigating this world. Your free welcome gift 🎁 Head to the Classroom tab, you'll find a collection of free 30-minute Kriyas waiting for you with no expiry date - feel free to come back and practice whenever you need them. Want to practice live with me? Every Monday at 7:30am I run a 30 minute live Kundalini session online. It's £24 per person for the month - a commitment to yourself and a proper reset before your week begins. Sign up to monthly classes live or recorded, depending upon your timezone. This isn't Facebook — and here's why that matters. No scrolling. No ads. Nobody's watching how you show up here. This is a closed, private space - what's shared here stays here. Think of it less like social media and more like a circle. A room full of women coming together to be seen and heard. I'd love for you to introduce yourself below 👇 Tell everyone: 1. Your name and where you're based 2. One word for how you're feeling right now 3. What brought you here and what are you ready to shift? There are no wrong answers. This is your first act of showing up for yourself in this space. See you in the comments 🌀 Kaye x

How have you reinvented yourself?
Hey ladies 👋 I wanted to share something that I'm currently exploring - a theme that's been showing up everywhere in my own life lately... 𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻!! Over the course of my life I've left a 20 year corporate career, travelled around the world solo, lived in a van for nearly 4 years, moved cities numerous times, started a completely new business and, most recently, started DJing in my late 40s! It's got me wondering... ✨ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱, 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱, 𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲? Big or small, I'd love to hear your story. I'm currently exploring how women reinvent themselves in midlife, and your experiences would be incredibly valuable. I genuinely believe it's never too late to become more of who you are and I'm having fun exploring what else I can uncover. Would love to know yours... 👇 Share yours below.

Something has shifted recently...
At the weekend I birthed my shamanic drum, something I've wanted to do for a very long time. Bit of a story time and vulnerable share here. Grab a cuppa. 🍵 I was gifted this by my ex partner as a Christmas present. We'd ended our relationship just before Christmas, but because it ended so amicably and with so much love, we still exchanged the presents we'd bought for each other. I was absolutely over the moon with this gift. After our split, I went to Morocco to figure out what was next. It became really clear that even though I'm not from the Cotswolds, I've built a beautiful community here and I'm the only Kundalini Yoga teacher in the area. Even if I headed back to Manchester, where I'm from, I'd be starting from scratch again. So I'm currently housesitting in the Cotswolds and have completely landed on my feet. I'm staying in a beautiful house with two amazing dogs while the owner travels a lot for work. It's working out brilliantly for both of us. Over the last few months, Si and I had a couple of disagreements and nothing was really getting resolved. I knew I needed to wait until that had cleared before making the drum because I didn't want any unresolved energy going into the process. Luckily, we saw each other at a festival recently and were able to clear the air, resolve our differences and enjoy the weekend together. It's funny really, because we met at a festival, so it felt like a beautiful full circle moment to find that resolution at a festival too, out in nature. There's a bit of a backstory here that feels important to the whole process because what I thought would be a creative workshop became something much deeper. Of course!!! The whole process felt symbolic of a new chapter - letting go of what no longer fits, trusting the process. Creating something with intention and bringing something new into the world. When we first journeyed and connected with the deer hide, the word "Guide" came through. Later, Tracey, who was leading the workshop, explained how drum making is connected to death and rebirth. As she spoke, I felt this overwhelming surge of emotion.
