My name is Jorel, I’m 19 years old and recently started going down the path of SMMA in June. I have been making progress month by month and have outsourced a white-label agency to provide services for clients. I am currently niched in HVAC. However, I have still yet to find a client.
I have done about 159 calls already, with about 26 calls resulting in sending an email to the owner. The calls are usually spent getting the owner on the line, or their contact information and providing information about some critical issues in their online presence (GMB, not secure Websites, broken links, etc.) and ways to solve the issues. I have had a few leads who were interested initially but were no longer interested.
I am looking for feedback if I am doing something my wrong, if I need to improve my process, or just rethink about how I am approaching this business model. I am also having second thoughts about HVAC niche too. Any advice or criticism is greatly appreciated!
