I just got off the phone with a prospect who was telling me that brides don't usually book in appointments with couturists for the actual service and that its much more of an experience, I tried to explain to her that the appointment is just to come in and see what the designer can make for them and then from there they can deliver the service
She was of the opinion that reaching out to leads who don't end up booking an appointment is extremely pushy and that it could potentially damage the reputation of the shop
Interested to see what people think, she was telling me shes old school and has been in the business for 30 years and that most clients will follow their inbound systems (social media) for months/years before deciding who to book with so I was thinking that offering a social media growth service might be valuable? Only thing is its difficult to price and sell because there aren't really any tangible results aside from new followers which doesn't exactly mean they're going to book
