Lead form additional add ons?

Hi Everyone, I was going through all my clients ads today and i stumbled across something new in META; additional add ons for the lead form. Like 'tags' or 'How it works' or 'Reward'. But not all of my clients have this option when i make a new form or duplicate a current one?

Does anyone know why not all my clients have this option?
