Hi guys I work under 'Window Blinds' niche (Seasonal niche) do lead gen as a service.
My first client has an estimated audience size of 100K with broad(no targeting opt enabled)
Only operates in 8 zip codes. I managed to generate a total of 15 leads and out of that only 6 are within zipcode, With a total ad spend of 800$. I am depressed, all that is my fault of not having the real understanding of how fb ads work.
Here are the mistakes I made
1) Constantly making changes within the campaign
2) Stopped testing new creatives which later led to ad fatigue
3) Not diversifying creatives.
4) Don't know how to escape from the learning phase.
5) Overall Lead form conversion is like 10%
I haven't collect any money upfront not even campaign setup fee thank god,
It went like a free trial..
What should I be doing right now do I have to find another niche or stick onto this niche.
