When to Kill the Ads
Hi guys I'm in a Dilemma of pausing some of the ads that i'm running since Jul 12. Basically each time I test new creatives, I find new win. This is what I have learned from yt. My CPL is 32$ my daily spend is 30$ and so I cannot run more than 2 ads still I keep all 3 ads running cus frequency varies for each ad. TOF freq 1-1.15 MF 1.15-1.25 BOF 1.25-1.5 Should I be pausing creatives getting least spent? And try versions of winning winning ones

@Thure Sander FYI Initially the ads performed really good. But now for the past 7 days these is a substantial change in CPL. That when I got frustrated. Till now I haven't made any change

Procrastinating a lot, staying with frnds was not aligned with my goal
Hi all I'm currently pursuing my Bachelor's here in India Started my Paid ads service 2 years ago. Though being inconsistent to the process me and my frnd manage to sign up three clients. Currently working with one client delivering him good results actually. Acquisition Channel Ig dms. Things got worse recently. going to complete my BE degree with no proof to show my parent's that I have financial backup, so planning to move abroad idk what countries to choose. I wish I could move out of this country and meet like minded people whose vision is same as like me. 1)To move abroad what country should I choose?. I'm not a fluent English speaker going to take my IELTS exam soon. And here comes the worst part if I want to move abroad I either need to opt for work visa or student visa. So I should opt for 2)student VISA for a Business oriented masters prog fee in abroad skyrocketed 🥲 I will attach the list. I think it's the safe path. I'm in a Dilemma of weather or not to move abroad, if i do so will i be able to do SMMA on the side to make a fortune out of it. But only thing i love is scouting my client's Ads manager of how much did I spent so far with how many Leads generated. I don't want to leave this game. i need your help guys. I'm ready to work with anyone. Sorry if I'm being so desperate.

@Uncle Jimmy Mitchell Interesting, Seriously i hadn't considered staying in a South East Asian countries like Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, or Malaysia until now. I was more focused on US, Europe or Australia. I will definitely look into it. But there is some fear for sure. But i believe once I push myself, I'll learn and grow faster.

What should i be improving
Uncle Jimmy | I need your help!
Hey @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell what's up. How was the fight..? I'd be really keen to hear your opinion on this, as I've had my eyes opened to something of a new perspective when it comes to SMMA I've gotten pretty good at lead gen, organic marketing, paid marketing, appointment setting. All the rest Yet, I still take on clients who have all of this done perfectly for them who don't get the results they want and turn around and blame me for their lack of success. More often than not saying "the leads are bad quality" A general scenario: I'll book 30-50 appts each month through manual triage calls. Where we qualify leads on their eligibility and book them in for 20 minute discovery appts (let's say 30 appts for example) 70% of the appts will show up (Around 22-25) OF the 22 around 5 will be ineligible (for mortgages) Of the remaining 17: Around 2-5 could potentially go ahead in the next 4-8 weeks And the remaining are still putting pieces together with a timeline of 3-12 months. They don't have a rock solid plan and haven't committed to working with my clients or any competitors I can't close on behalf of my clients Yet they can't get a direct ROI from what I do Is the reason for their lack of satisfaction due to the fact that 99% of all business they have done in the past has been from referrals and WOM whereby there isn't really a proper sales process involved because the leads like know and trust them .... and they're treating my leads like these referrals and getting confused when they don't go ahead? If so, does this mean that 99% of all business absolutely suck at sales?? They don't have offers, they don't have lead gen systems, they don't have appt setting systems, they don't have systems to get appts to show, they don't have a sales process to convert leads, they don't have a nurture process to convert leads overtime. They just have people rock up at the door who have already sold themselves before they even speak with the client

Hey just my opinion How much rev does your client generate each month apart from your service, cus I have the same issue even though generating high quality leads he only converted 3% of it. I think these clients don't have prior experience in converting people cus they got used to high intent buyers which doesn't require any kind of sales process which comes from referrals, Google search engine etc. Waiting for Uncle Jimmy's reply for a clear cut view on this.
