How many ad leads per close on avg?

im in the home service contractor niche but would like to hear about everyones experience. My mentor says 30-40 leads per close is typical so a C$900 CAC which from what I've been seeing from others seems sort of industry standard, keep in mind he sells a $2000/month program while I charge $3000 setup + $300/month

He did say he uses a similar offer to mine as a A/B close but I believe he prices it at $3000-5000 depending what the client says they make

Question of this post is how many leads does it take to get a close on average
