GHL Power dialer issue
I’m having a strange issue with my GHL power dialer setup. I’ve got 5 cold callers working under 1 sub-account, which I’m using because I only have 3 sub-accounts available. Each cold caller has their own pipeline, and I imported 500 different leads into each one by selecting their specific pipeline during the import process.
Initially, everything seemed fine, and the leads went into the correct pipelines. But when my cold callers started dialing, all the opportunities began showing up in each other’s pipelines. For example, when my cold caller Jonathan finished a call and marked a lead as "no answer" in his pipeline, that same lead also updated and appeared in everyone else's pipeline, even though it should have stayed in his.
For context, I’m using Zach Pascoes power dialer, and what I did was duplicate it 5 times—naming each workflow after the individual cold callers. Then, I set their specific pipeline in both the "import new leads" automation and the "update pipeline" automation. I’m not sure why leads are being updated across all pipelines instead of staying separate.
I know this is a bit complicated, but if you understand what I’m describing and have any ideas on what the problem might be, I’d really appreciate your help
shoutout chat gpt for maybe making it more clear
