I do this for martial arts schools.
They typically have different membership prices for children vs adults and I feel like I'm overcomplicating things on sales calls when explaining member LTV, percentages for pay per show, and trying to do all the calculations whilst also taking the call etc. I haven't been performing well recently and I know this is affecting my delivery.
I also wondered what changes are happening in the agency world in terms of pricing models, and beginning to wonder whether what I offer may perhaps be outdated these days.
Any help on the above would be hugely appreciated.
