What’s a good offer to present on a cold call for the following niches?

Roofers

Exterior Cleaning
Aesthetic Clinics

Also - If I offer a pay per lead guarantee - should I offer for all leads that qualify even if they don’t convert them? Or just for the ones that convert?

Also how much should they pay me for a quote-ready lead is there a formula I could use to try and calculate it? I tried to offer £10 per lead to a roofer and he told me that’s quite expensive as he gets a lot of quote ready leads which don’t convert.
