Hi all I've been struggling with client onboarding after they sign, and I know a lot of you have too.
Client signs → you manually send welcome email, create their folder, log them in your sheet, schedule kickoff call. 45 minutes of admin. Every. Single. Time.
Here's how I automated the whole thing for less than $10/m:
1. Client fills a Tally form after signing Name, email, company, service. One form. That fires everything.
2. GPT-4 sends a personalized welcome email Mentions their name and service. Sounds human. Sent via Gmail automatically.
3. Google Drive folder created instantly Named after their company. Shared with them automatically.
4. Google Sheets logs the new client Name, email, service, start date — added automatically to your CRM.
5. You get an instant notification So you always know when a new client is fully onboarded.
