Lets get real! 90% of the believers be quoting Luke 10:19 and pick out the major word AUTHORITY. They are familiar with the Authority because they read about it from the verse. But don't have it ( AUTHORITY ). The adversary knows about it ( AUTHORITY ) But he don't have it. And so he wants to make sure even those who quote it don't have it. Because he destracts those who are supposed to have it from unlocking it. The Bible, Real relationship with God, Obedience , prayer, faith , exploits and experience in the Kingdom are the Keys and tools that will have it ( AUTHORITY ) unlocked if studied in the right context and understood. Note : The Holy Spirit has to be present.

1 Samuel 10:15-16. Be careful of what you tell people about yourself concerning some things everybody is eyeing for. When you tell them how much chance you have for that thing, they may rise against you. Be selective of what to tell them. There are some connections that everybody is looking for, don't easily and hastily tell of how much close and favored you are with those connections.
