FOR HIGH ACHIEVERS ONLY!!! MONDAY CHECK IN
Monday Check-In This is for high achievers only. One of the keys to mentorship is this: The mentee has to learn to mirror the energy of the mentor. I consider myself a high-capacity, high-achieving, high-expectation kind of person. I don’t know about you, but I want to be great. If you’re comfortable being average… If you’re comfortable doing the bare minimum… If you’re comfortable settling… I’m probably going to annoy you in this next season. Because I want to be surrounded by people who are hungry. People who stretch themselves. People who embrace discipline. People who refuse to waste their potential. Greatness doesn’t come from wishing. It comes from capacity. As we get older, people try to convince us to lower our expectations. They tell us to be “realistic.” To stop dreaming so big. I don’t believe that’s the voice of God. I believe the Lord calls people to climb mountains, solve impossible problems, build things that outlive them, and reveal His glory through lives of excellence. But here’s the real question: Is that actually what you want? Many people don’t quit because they lack talent. They quit because they can’t handle the pressure. The criticism. The rejection. The consistency. The long hours. The sacrifice. The responsibility that greatness requires. But that’s not who we are. We are called to pursue excellence, to steward our gifts faithfully, and to glorify God with everything He’s placed in our hands. So here’s your Monday challenge: What do you want to become great at? What has God placed inside of you that, if fully developed, could make the world better? Drop it in the comments. Let’s build something that matters.

I want to become great at building ,leading and making disciples, reaching the lost, and creating a way to do all of this that is a lasting template and will continue to impact people long after I’m gone. I believe God has placed in me the ability to lead, teach, organize, encourage, and develop people, while also using creativity through writing, design, and communication to advance His Kingdom. I have favor in the marketplace so I follow the favor bc Jesus is for everybody, not just the down and out but the up and out too. The thing that be thinging about that is I feel so underdeveloped at times, I’m constantly in and out of the Refiners fire and this time I’m staying in there. A cake half baked won’t cut it in these times and with these people. I want to steward every gift with excellence not just to accomplish more, but to glorify God by helping people discover Christ, grow in their purpose, and become equipped to not only be transformed but help others do the same.
MENTORSHIP CHECK-IN.. LOCK IN!
The Mystery of Mentorship When Elijah first encountered Elisha, he didn’t leave the mantle with him. He threw it on him for a moment… and then he took it back. Then he kept walking. That moment has always fascinated me because it reveals one of the greatest mysteries of mentorship. Mentorship isn’t designed for convenience. It’s designed for pursuit. Elisha had to leave what was familiar, catch up with the man of God, keep pace with him, stay connected to him, and refuse to let the opportunity slip away. Growth often comes through what I call the ministry of inconvenience. The conversations that require sacrifice. The moments that require consistency. The opportunities that require pursuit. The relationship that requires you to keep showing up. Here’s a principle I never want you to forget: You only receive value from the things you place value on. Read that again. The level of value you place on mentorship determines how much you receive from it. If mentorship is an afterthought, you’ll receive an afterthought’s reward. But if you highly value wisdom… If you highly value correction… If you highly value proximity… If you highly value quality conversations and quality time… …you’ll begin extracting treasures that casual observers never find. People often ask, “What’s the secret?” This is one of them. Honor creates capacity. Value creates receptivity. Pursuit creates transformation. So let me ask you: Where are you trying to grow? What wisdom do you need in this season? What are you believing God to develop in your life? Drop your answers in the comments. I want to know where you’re headed so we can grow there together.

Where are you trying to grow? I am literally stream lining my life so that I’m doing the exact things needed to complete my assignments and live the abundant life GOD has prepared for me. Cutting every distraction that disturbs my peace. What wisdom do you need in this season? Just to consistently apply the wisdom that’s already available. What are you believing God to develop in your life? Steadfastness and perfected faith

QUESTION?? WHERE ARE THE PREACHERS?!
For the last six weeks, I had the privilege of leading an intensive with our pastors, elders, ministers, and members of our congregation. Something beautiful happened. People who had never preached before stepped up and preached. Seasoned ministers sharpened their delivery. Everyone grew. It reminded me of something… Preachers need community. Too many people are trying to develop their voice in isolation. They have a calling, but no coaching. They have passion, but no place to practice. They have something to say, but no one helping them sharpen how they say it. I want to change that. I don’t just want to create another preaching course. I want to build a preaching community. A safe place where preachers can grow, receive feedback, develop confidence, strengthen biblical communication, and become better stewards of the message God has entrusted to them. So let me ask… Where are the preachers? If you’ve ever preached a sermon… If you’ve ever taught a Bible study… If you feel called to preach… Or if you simply want to become a stronger communicator of God’s Word… Drop a 🙋🏾‍♂️ or comment “PREACHER” below. I’m putting something together specifically for you, and I want to know who’s in this community. Let’s raise the standard of preaching together.

Good morning, family! ☀️
“This is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” Every sunrise is another reminder that the mercies of God are new every morning. Thank God for another opportunity to grow, to mature, to learn, and to become everything He has called us to be. It’s Monday, so let’s do our weekly check-in. One of the greatest marks of spiritual maturity is not just hearing God’s voice—it’s discerning the season you’re in. You can have the right word but apply it in the wrong season. Wisdom is knowing what God is doing right now. As we prepare to begin our Prophetic Science course, I want us to begin exercising our discernment. Let’s talk… • How would you define this season of your life in one sentence? • What is the Lord teaching you right now? • What have you been learning about yourself? • What has God been confronting, healing, or developing in you? • How is this season requiring you to show up differently? • What do you believe God is preparing you for? • What has this season revealed about your priorities, relationships, or purpose? Don’t just tell me what’s happening around you. Tell me what you believe Heaven is accomplishing through what you’re experiencing. I’m looking forward to reading your responses. Let’s sharpen one another. Talk to me in the comments. 👇🏽

Happy Monday everyone !👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾 This season is feeling like refinement disguised as pressure where God is stripping noise so I can hear Him clearly and respond without hesitation. If I’m honest I don’t like the pressure. In my mind I have and need a reason for everything to make sense. Obedience isn’t always easy. Discovering the difference between what’s for me and what’s for others. Forgiving, learning, letting go of things fast bc I know the enemies devices. The warfare is a signal that something is close. The Lord has been teaching me surrender that isn’t emotional, but obedient, trust that doesn’t need constant reassurance, just consistent yes. Learning how to extend His patience and loving kindness for me to others. I’ve been learning that I don’t always need to be the strong one, the fixer, or the one holding everything together. Some of the weight I’ve been carrying was never assigned to me in the first place. Trust is relinquishing control and allowing Him to take care of me and truly be my provider in every instance. God has been confronting my tendency to overextend, overgive, overshare and then quietly resent what I never set boundaries around. He’s been healing the part of me that confuses exhaustion with faithfulness, and developing rest that is my portion bc of Who He is and who I am IN HIM. I often struggle with safety bc my history has been people react negatively whenever I choose myself. That is not my issue so I’m learning to not make it mine. This season is requiring me to slow down internally even when life stays loud externally. To respond instead of react. To be led instead of just useful and available. As I heal this version of me will reveal so much on its own without me having to make things happen. I believe GOD is preparing me for a deeper assignment. I care about too many variables. Me understanding why I’m here matters more than what I’m doing, and obedience to Him matters more than what I feel or others think or understand. It’s revealing that some relationships, habits, and even mindsets only made sense in a previous version of me. This version of me can’t keep surviving off what used to be ok because it kept me stagnant, second guessing myself and shrinking, unable to rise to the occasion. I’m more aware now more than ever that it matters who you surround yourself with and those faces change in different seasons and that has been difficult for me.

@Dara Garcia YES! All of this. I can relate to this especially the being more reflective than reactive. As I get older my patience is becoming more thin but that is flesh and not fruit of the Spirit. I have become increasingly dependent on GOD to regulate me!😮‍💨🙏🏾
