This week… we’re shifting.
We’re starting a new mini series:
“Mental Health for Parents” Week 🧠💛
Because let’s be honest…
A lot of the conversations focus on the children…
But nobody really stops and asks.... “How are YOU doing?”
The tiredness.The overstimulation.The constant correcting.The pressure to get it right.The frustration you don’t always say out loud.
And then still trying to:
be patient
be consistent
be present
be strong for your family
It’s a lot.
And some of you are carrying more than you let people see.
So this week…
We’re not ignoring the kids…
But we ARE making space for YOU.
We’re going to talk about
• emotional exhaustion
• feeling overwhelmed and overstimulated
• guilt, frustration, and pressure
• how to reset without checking out
• how to take care of your mind while still leading your home
And yes…
we’re going to pray too.
This is a safe space.
No judgment..... No pretending...
Just real conversations....
