PUNTERS, watch this...
Michael Dickson, the Seahawks All-Pro punter has perfected the "banana ball" to an amazing degree — actually angling his steps left to punt left, and have it slice and spin to the right. This is a really tough ball to catch.
- First, get control of your traditional punt.
- Then try this... make the angle of the ball opposite of your normal drop.
- Strike through the ball with a slicing action to get a helicopter spin.
