Off-season Strength & Mobility Training
Frankly, I don't know who this guy is (and he is definitely NOT a kicker), BUT what he has to say is excellent. Want to get better for this Fall. Study this video and listen to what he is saying. Deceleration might be the most important part of your training that you seldom do.
I love box jumps and reverse box jumps (jumping down and controlling your movement). Transferring energy efficiently/smoothly and powerfully is KEY to better distances and hang times.
