I'm excited to share with you a new series that I'm working on for online training where I show you the good, the bad and the ugly of ME, relearning how to kick at 62 years old. In many ways, it's like me being a high school freshman trying out for the football team — only I KNOW what the pros know and WAS able to kick at the highest level. Not any more! But you'll get to learn how you can do some self-correcting and learn with me, as I figure out how to kick with an "alien" body. Should be good — and funny. 🤣
