You know good writing when you don't see it
Legendary Writing Secret #4 is ready in the Classroom, on the Standard tier. It's the second secret from William Zinsser, and his advice on style is probably the opposite of what you'd expect. 👉 Legendary Writing Secret #4

Why readers judge your writing before they even read
Secret #3 just went up in the Classroom, on the Standard tier. The first two secrets were about what happens once someone starts reading: how to earn that first line, and how to keep them reading all the way to the end. This one's about what stops them from reading in the first place. Before they read a single word. It comes from William Zinsser, the writing teacher behind On Writing Well. If you read today's email, you already know a bit of his story. 👉 Legendary Writing Secret #3 Once you've gone through it, rewrite one of your own posts with it and drop it in the comments. I'll like every one.

15 Legendary Writing Secrets is back!
15 Legendary Writing Secrets is coming back, on the Standard tier. But right now, 89% of members are Level 1 and have never posted a single thing in here. My goal is for everyone to reach Level 2 in their first week. At some point I'm going to start removing inactive members. I don't have a date for that yet. But if you pay, no worries. You're set. However... if you're grandfathered in on free access and you want to keep it, introduce yourself and reach Level 2. Here's an easy way to do that: 𝟭) 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳. It's the fastest way to earn points, because people will like your post and reply to you. 𝟮) 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲'𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀, especially their introductions. Do that, and I'll come by and like your introduction and every other post you make. You'll reach Level 2 automatically, and your spot is safe. In the meantime: here’s legendary writing secret #1 (from Joseph Sugarman). https://www.skool.com/kevin/classroom/546ddd0f?md=2ee40d31d0504ea7a6078a0b395fe786 See you in there. Kevin

How I send and publish my daily emails using Claude Code
New on the Premium Tier: A 4-minute look at how I get my daily email out the door using Claude Code. I write the email in Notion. Then I type a single sentence into Claude: "Add my daily email to GHL and let me know when it's ready for sending." Then Claude builds the draft in GHL, hands me a link, I give it a once over, select my mailing list, and press send. While it’s building the template, I use a skill I created to generate some SEO descriptions, flip a toggle in Notion, and the email shows up published on my website around midnight, automatically. No copying and pasting. No tedious clicking around. Just, “Hey Claude, can you do this?” and Claude does it. You don’t need GHL for this either. It will work with Kit, Flodesk, or whatever email service you use via MCP servers. Here’s the link: https://www.skool.com/kevin/classroom/2e132673?md=5ae765e98a1c4a588ca40e786ba039bf See you there, Kevin Hood
