Copywriting
I just did the task for writing great emails I actually copied the email by hand and analysed it. I made a bunch of connections in my head whilst doing so and came up with a framework for my own emails too. Absolutely recommend doing the task exactly as is!

This is amazing Danielle!! I still remember hand copying my first piece of copy 7 or 8 years ago. And this is exactly what happens. It forces you to slow down enough to notice what’s happening inside you as you read the writing. Normally we miss so much. I may have to come up with some sort of honorary title or badge for people like yourself who actually complete the exercise.
Any AI tools or Custom GPTS for making Good Copy?
Anyone have a AI tool that actually creates good copy? I have seen some copywriters release good products for this. They are way better then what AI usually gives out, but they don't really help with order bump or upsell copy and things like this as of now. Anyone have other stuff? What do you use to write your copy?

Here’s what I do: I store as much information about my offers, as much information about my audience, and as much of my writing as humanly possibly in Notion. Then I use Notion AI. Suddenly AI has more context about you and your offer than the best copywriters in the world. Of course, you still need to know a thing or two about copy and marketing. Once you’ve got that, you’ve got something most people don’t when it comes to doing your own copywriting. What’s the offer your working with? Maybe we can copy chief what you’ve got here in the comments.
Over-the-shoulder look at my content system in Notion
In this video I walk you through how I analyze what actually works (not just likes, but actual subscribers), how I use AI agents to tag, sort, and surface my best posts. And how I turn a box full of half-thoughts and ideas into 2-3 weeks of content in about an hour without outsourcing my writing. Just leveraging the system I've built over the past three years to do the sorting for me. ***𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗢 𝗪𝗔𝗦 𝗔𝗩𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝟮𝟰 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬, 𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗢 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪𝗟𝗘𝗗𝗚𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗣 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗠*** Here's the link: https://www.skool.com/kevin/classroom/c6cd1e91?md=8b4687eb5fef4d589365eb75cbb8c2a2 Tell me what you want to see more of from this video in the comments. 👇

@Josh Burgener Yes I definitely plan to do more content like this. Something similar can definitely be done in Obsidian, but what I'm finding is that some of the stuff that really makes this workflow work, is just a million times easier to setup in Notion. Obsidian is cool though. I'm actively working on making them both work in my business.

@Ece C excellent. Where are you at with it, what's the next step? Do you have an ESP yet? List growth strategy? A publishing cadence? (would love to know how I can help, whether that's pointing you to something inside the community, making suggestions, or just sharing my own experience).

@Vanessa Nunez Welcome Vee! I can certainly relate to having too many good ideas at once. One thing I often encourage people to do is to break of a piece of some of your favorite offers and turn them into lead magnets. Putting them in your bio on social or running ads to a few different lead magnets as a test can give you an idea where your offers are landing with folks and whether they’re bringing in the right type of people or not. Do you have a list or social presence yet? Or a plan to run some ads or do some collabs?
The 3-tier system that makes AI remember your business like an employee who's been there for years
The problem? You keep explaining yourself to AI. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. And you’re copying and pasting your work or your context from once place to another instead of relaxing in the sun on the beach or playing pickleball. Every AI tool in the world gets amnesia. They’re born with it. It’s why they’re so useful. And why they’re so frustrating. Too much context it gets overwhelmed. Too little and it can’t perform. Sometimes you do everything right and it still get’s things wrong. But you’re not sure why… Well, turns out I’m not the only one who noticed. AI systems architect Jake Van Clief and I landed on almost the identical fix, independently, using two different tools, to solve two different primary problems. His is coding. Mine is knowledge work. So that tells me this isn’t just a me problem, this is an 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦-𝘸𝘩𝘰-𝘪𝘴-𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨-𝘈𝘐-𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵-𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘮. I wasn’t trying to build anything specific, just solve my own organization and context problem inside Notion. The result of which is a 3-tiered memory system that tells AI exactly what it needs to know, and where to stop so it doesn’t get overloaded before the work is done. But I’m not sure if this is worth building out so other people can use it too. What do you say? Is that something you’re interested in?

@Josh Burgener I haven’t, I took a brief look at the demo and it looks very useful for gathering info. The mcp server and knowledge graph make it feel promising too. Like you said, maybe not the best for writing or creating new knowledge. But connectable. Thanks for the share 🙏

@Josh Burgener I'm actually experimenting with using obsidians knowledge graph on my content to make it more human browsable at a glance. I'll update if it works.
