  2. Forward Lunges - 20 pounds 3 sets 15 reps
  3. Romanian Deadlift 3 sets 20 reps 125 pounds
  4. Machine Leg Curl - 100 pounds - 20 reps 5 sets.
  5. Single-leg Calf Raises 3 sets 10 reps 55 pounds.
