50 swings with 50lbs
4 rounds of:
Goblet squat with 50lbs
Walking lunge with 35lbs
Goblet carry with 35lbs 100 feet
Calf raise with a pair of 50 lbs 15 reps
Finished with farmers walk a pair of 50's @ 200 feet.
