WEEK 4 - Day 1
Hello warriors, how are you? I hope you're fighting haha.
Well, I'm checking in. Today marks the start of the 4th and final week of the 30-day Kettlebell Warrior Challenge, so let's get going.
I spent two days fully resting, which is why I didn't report anything, but the work was done. The morning ritual has become a habit, and I'm starting the morning with good energy.
Today, day 1 of week 4, we were able to lower our time. I was happy about that, motivated precisely, despite having a very bad night, again with few hours of sleep (I'm very stressed because in a few days I'm opening my own UNCONVENTIONAL training center where I'll teach kettlebell and clubbell classes, hybrid classes also bringing out the best of each tool, and some days calisthenics classes). So, my mind is racing, and lately, I've been having trouble sleeping at night.
