Back to the community hahaha
Hi comrades, how are you soldiers? Well, after a long and intense week, as I mentioned in a previous thread, when I finished my 30-day challenge, which was with the mission of opening my center, and we did it on March 31st, they were intense weeks, with a lot of mixed emotions: anxiety, joy, happiness, pride, stress, little sleep hahaha 3 hours a day, and my head would wake up saying I needed this or that, but well, we finally have it. We're already working there and finalizing details while we march. I'll share some photos of the process and how it's turning out. And thank you all very much for your messages and words of support. Greetings from Argentina, comrades, let's raise our hands and keep fighting!

FINISH CHALLENGE
Hi warriors, finishing my 30-day challenge, very happy about it. As I mentioned in the previous thread, I haven't been able to report daily, but everything is complete. Something important I want to highlight is that I'm very excited about the platform's interface. I like the fact that everyone reports and creates a community. This is what I want and strive for in my training center. I hope to create a good training community, where beyond my knowledge and support, I want them to support, motivate, and accompany each other to become better every day. Thank you, coach, for your idea for this challenge. Thank you, colleagues, for being on the other side, supporting us with every like, and motivating us. Let's raise our hands, let's keep fighting!! Greetings from Argentina!!šŸ’ŖšŸ¼

@Gerald Balsam Thanks brother!!
My last report today
Here's a summary of the metrics from the weeks of fat burning, experimenting with the 14-hour fast and eating low-carb. Although I haven't been able to follow the workouts from the 7-day fat loss phase, I've only done the challenge workouts. I'm still pursuing my challenge, as I mentioned before, weeks of high anxiety and stress, little sleep due to my business, and just a few days after opening my training center. But in summary: I started at 73.15 kg on day 1 and finished at 70.5 kg on day 7 (down 3 kg, but as I said, I didn't do the two daily sessions indicated in that phase; I just stuck with the challenge sessions). Measurements: Waist started at 81.5 cm ended at 80 cm Belly button circumference started at 88 cm ended at 87 cm Conclusion: I BELIEVE in ketosis as a strategy for short periods of 2-3 weeks. That weight loss isn't fat, it's simply fluid and muscle glycogen loss, due to a change in diet. While it's necessary to keep carbohydrate intake low so the body uses fat as energy, it's not necessary to drastically cut back on carbohydrates. That's why, in this first week, that number on the scale is nothing more than a parameter. On my third day, I've already observed how my body and metabolism slow down. From day 3 to 7, there were no changes. If anyone has any questions or concerns, I'm here.šŸ˜‰šŸ’ŖšŸ¼

Week 4 - Day 5
Hello warriors, how are you? Here I am again. I've been away for a few days. As you know and have read my posts, I'm setting up my training center, and on Monday, March 31st, we'll be inaugurating it. So, I'm fully committed to all of that, but I'm doing my part.

WEEK 4 - Day 1
Hello warriors, how are you? I hope you're fighting haha. Well, I'm checking in. Today marks the start of the 4th and final week of the 30-day Kettlebell Warrior Challenge, so let's get going. I spent two days fully resting, which is why I didn't report anything, but the work was done. The morning ritual has become a habit, and I'm starting the morning with good energy. Today, day 1 of week 4, we were able to lower our time. I was happy about that, motivated precisely, despite having a very bad night, again with few hours of sleep (I'm very stressed because in a few days I'm opening my own UNCONVENTIONAL training center where I'll teach kettlebell and clubbell classes, hybrid classes also bringing out the best of each tool, and some days calisthenics classes). So, my mind is racing, and lately, I've been having trouble sleeping at night. Back to our topic 1'18'' for the 50 double swings.
