Here's a summary of the metrics from the weeks of fat burning, experimenting with the 14-hour fast and eating low-carb. Although I haven't been able to follow the workouts from the 7-day fat loss phase, I've only done the challenge workouts. I'm still pursuing my challenge, as I mentioned before, weeks of high anxiety and stress, little sleep due to my business, and just a few days after opening my training center. But in summary: I started at 73.15 kg on day 1 and finished at 70.5 kg on day 7 (down 3 kg, but as I said, I didn't do the two daily sessions indicated in that phase; I just stuck with the challenge sessions). Measurements: Waist started at 81.5 cm ended at 80 cm Belly button circumference started at 88 cm ended at 87 cm Conclusion: I BELIEVE in ketosis as a strategy for short periods of 2-3 weeks. That weight loss isn't fat, it's simply fluid and muscle glycogen loss, due to a change in diet. While it's necessary to keep carbohydrate intake low so the body uses fat as energy, it's not necessary to drastically cut back on carbohydrates. That's why, in this first week, that number on the scale is nothing more than a parameter. On my third day, I've already observed how my body and metabolism slow down. From day 3 to 7, there were no changes. If anyone has any questions or concerns, I'm here.ššŖš¼
