This Wednesday I am launching the TRT - Total Recovery Tracker. This is a wicked tool that can be used once a week as a "Recovery Inventory". it takes less than 10 minutes to fill out and the sheet adds up the score for you. You'll score yourself in 10 key areas of life and decide on 2 things you'll do the following week to improve your score. Very simple and very effective. Hope you can make the session tomorrow night!
