Didn't start the 28 day momentum challenge yet but:
-Didn't smoke (almost 2 weeks, my last record was 26 days but I deeply knew I would relapse).
-upper body workout
-meditation
-Studied and business brainstorming
-Still working on the letting go, having difficulties sticking to that philosophy as I go crazy sometimes.
Still A LOT of work.
