I’m sure you’ve seen me mention this this week. BUT as a reminder:
I shared a brand new resource with you this week call The Habit Design Guide
It includes 3 steps: Align (on where you’re starting) Design (where you want to go) and Sustain (taking consistent baby steps to achieve your goal)
This all lives in The Classroom.
