We're continuing our 4-part Neck & Shoulders series with an energizing Yoga Flow class. We'll move through a dynamic warm-up, warrior sequences with shoulder-opening bind variations, and two peak balance postures โ standing half moon and dancer pose โ before settling into a grounding cool down and savasana.
