This month, we’re exploring “Calm a Wandering Mind,” a gentle, nurturing programme designed to help you manage a busy mind and invite more peace and presence into your life. Through a blend of meditations, stretches, and mindful practices, we’ll dive into topics like:
✨ Acknowledging and releasing thoughts
✨ Seeing mind-wandering as a friend, not a foe
✨ Being present instead of constantly “doing”
Mind-wandering is natural — and it can be a source of creativity, insight, and clarity.
In our session, you’ll experience:
🦁 Lion’s Mouth Stretch (Simhasana / Lion’s Breath) – Release tension in your face, jaw, and throat with a deep inhale and a playful “HA!” exhale. It’s both freeing and energizing!
🌊 Guided Visualisation: Beach, Release, and Renewal – Imagine your favorite beach, place your worries into a bucket, cover them with sand, and watch as a wave washes them away, leaving your mind refreshed and clear.
🌈 Meditation on Breath and Colours – Breathe in white light for healing, pause with red energy, and exhale dark blue light to release negativity and obstacles.
We’ll also explore the physical, spiritual, and energetic benefits of throat stretching:
💪 Relieves tension in the jaw, neck, and shoulders
🌬️ Improves breathing and circulation
💫 Balances your Throat Chakra, encourages emotional release, and supports intuition
Each class ends with a gentle nudge to set a weekly challenge, helping you integrate mindfulness into daily life.
