Ran this yesterday and it was honest work.
🏃♂️ 1 mile
🏋️♂️ 50 incline sit-ups (25lb med ball)
🔔 15 KB cleans
🏃♂️ 1 mile
🧱 Roman chair core:
• 20 straight-leg
• 20 knee-to-belly
🏃♂️ 1.5 mile — full send
What I liked about this one:
• no hiding once fatigue sets in
• core stays involved the whole time
• the final run is pure mindset
