What do you think is the best thing to do to nail your morning routine every single day? If you're not sure... Well it's simple in theory, but can be hard to actually practice. Your morning starts the night before. Try this exercise Step 1: Think about what you need to do tomorrow & create a to-do-list. My Examples: Create a educational post on Skool, Reply to messages on LinkedIn, Finish writing article for JAM, Create Sunday Funday post. Step 2: Think about what you need every morning that takes time. Write these things down. My Example (current job): Clothes, Lunch, Water Bottles, Car Keys Example for business: Clean and tidy workspace, understanding jobs to do. Step 3: On the night before: Put your to-do-list somewhere visible, Prepare everything you need to from step 2. Get ready for tomorrow today. THE BENEFIT: You now how more time for you! Step 4: All about you! Lastly, before bed give yourself time. Time to meditate, do some breathwork, yoga, journalling, or even some affirmations. I used to use these affirmations when I was really struggling. - I will wake up feeling focused and energised - I will wake up feeling like I can focus on my project - I will wake up and work on this project with energy - I am going to wake up feeling excited and healthy about meditation tomorrow. - I will wake up with energy and feeling happy and excited about my day - I love myself, I am amazing, powerful, strong, kind and happy - I will share love and kindness tomorrow - Tomorrow will be a good day - Everything is figureoutable (Marie Forleo) In short. Prepare tonight for tomorrow!

Illusion of choice vs Intuition
You know those days when you feel down from the moment you wake up. It is a beautiful day, nothing bad happened but you feel heavy and grumpy. I have it sometimes. It is actually a strong state that is not that easy to fix. I tried to analyse and understand the reasons of such a downs. For now i discovered 2 main reasons : I do a lot of sports, not like crazy a lot but at least 1 session a day of something related to cardio activity. I have noticed lately that I always feel down after a rest day. Yesterday we went to visit hot springs and also did a city tour. So I skipped my training and it was logical that my muscles are relaxed after "morning spa". But what i see the rest day brings imbalance in my hormonal state and maybe I need at least some warm up session to maintain myself. This comes from belief - Rest days are needed. Maybe I designed to move every day, or maybe I am addicted and this physical effort sudden drop feels that bad. Second thing is food. I feel if I am not conscious about what I eat If can really affect my state. What is an interesting thing about it It doesn't have to be bad food, just something that's not right at the moment. Yesterday I met an interesting person, an elderly man who is amazingly fit and looks fresh, eating mostly very specific whole foods and raw vegetables. His monologue was mostly about how all supermarket food is poisoned in some way and affects our hormonal health, leading to many health problems as well as imbalance in microflora that is affecting our brain function brain etc. Normally I don't like to hear about global conspiracy theories but this made me think about all the food choices we have basically just following canons and diets and opinions but not looking inside, not reflecting on our body's reactions. Thinking about that I found myself eating things that seemed healthy but actually did not feel so good but became a habit. This habits were based on beliefs and information around me. Broccoli is best veggie, oats are good for breakfast, chicken breast has best protein for muscles , pasta is a good carb, protein isolate is easy to digest etc.

DO NOT SNOOZE (DAILY HABIT)
I used to struggle with getting up and out of bed, even if I was awake I still wouldn't get up, i'd lay there sometimes for hours, sometimes all day. When I was struggling with my mental health, this poor habit of staying in bed really made things worse, at one point when I was younger I didn't leave my room for nearly 3 months. What did I do... I set myself a challenge. As soon as I woke up, I'd sit up. it progressed As soon as my alarm went off, id set myself the task to be out of bed within 5 minutes. This simple act, allowed me to kickstart my day and not waste any time by laying around. (The lazy day is now a luxury). VIEW THE DAILY HABIT IN THE LIBRARY HERE
