USBank account opening failed.
I submitted two applications, one through the official website and the other through the insurance company's website. Afterwards, I faxed my passport, CP565 form, insurance policy, and bank statements to USBank. USBank sent a letter saying they could not verify my identity. I called customer service and was transferred to a manager, but they both said they could not verify my identity or upload more documents via the link. I don't know why it failed. Is it because of duplicate applications that their risk control measures have been upgraded? The letter mentioned that I needed to submit my SSN and federal tax returns for identity verification.
