Credit Karma account impossible to create

I’m trying to create a Credit Karma account using my ITIN and U.S. address, but I keep getting the error that my information does not match the credit bureau records. Equifax also gives me an “NH” error.

I’ve had a Firstcard account since May last year. I changed my address in February and the change was confirmed. Since then, I’ve also opened checking accounts and a Bank of America credit card using the new address.

SoFi and True also fail because of ID verification issues. That was already happening before the address change and still happens now.

It looks like there may be incorrect data in my credit files. How can I get my credit reports? Has anyone here ordered them by mail before? What documents do they usually require?
