Introduction!!
Hello Iron Forge!!
My name is Mike Rusnak, and I am 19 years old from London!
I love sports, cycling and nature walks! I am always looking for more athletic opportunities and I knew of the Ironman before but I didn’t have a reason to do it. The last couple of months have been a total wreck, but with countless opportunities to push myself to strive onwards and grow.
My goals for the next 12 months is to get back into shape, build a schedule (and discipline to continue it!) while also maintaining a healthy mindset proving to myself that I can do hard things!
I can’t wait to get started with a strong community where we can build off each other, connect, share and grow together.
