After doing fifty Ironmans in fifty days, I learned that the cameras always catch the finish lines and never the work that made them possible. When nobody is watching, every rep is lonely, and every session has zero audience. But it’s these moments that take you to the finish line and where character is built.

So here is your homework for the week: Do one hard thing today that nobody will ever see and don’t tell anyone. Just you, keeping a promise to yourself.

This is the recipe for becoming someone you respect.
