Whats up boys, we go by the name Iron Freaks but our names are Joey & Luke. we are fitness coaches based out of Toronto. Our #1 goal we are both working towards is our lean bulk! we both currently weigh 180 lbs and are going to gain 20 lbs in the next 10 months. We want to make this transformation to show our clients what's possible when you follow the right systems and stick to the plan. We will achieve said goal because we keep each other accountable through our unbreakable bond that we have. By us growing our business we will be able to build a community of like-minded individuals that can succeed together and ultimately form a brotherhood. Brotherhood is so important to us and is the reason why we are here in the first place.

My Mission
My name is Antonio, i work in a factory. Before i started this fitness journey, I didnt like who i saw everyday in the mirror. To be honest i was lazy, unmotivated and un willing to take action to change. i saw someone who was wasnt living up to who he could be. I couldnt deal with it. What im going to achieve in the next 6 months, I am going to achieve the loss of 40 pounds, I am going to achieve that gain of 30 pounds of muscle. Whats gonna stop me? Nothing! Absoulety nothing.

The food and changing my diet has definitely been a big help now I’m focusing on toning as much as I can and strengthening my core. I definitely can see a result of my stomach and shedding and it’s been a lifestyle of changing my food habits, shopping differently and not buying anything to only eat that.
